The Foundation

Thoughtful coordination for gatherings already taking shape.
The Foundation is designed for clients who have secured their venue and primary vendors but want professional structure, timeline clarity, and calm on-site leadership to bring everything together.
This plan ensures that the moving parts align — so you can be fully present.
Includes:
• A 90-minute planning strategy session
• Custom event timeline and run-of-show
• Vendor confirmation and coordination beginning 30 days prior
• Final logistics review
• Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination
• Day-of oversight, vendor management, and guest flow support
Ideal for intimate weddings, private celebrations, nonprofit events, and corporate gatherings across Whatcom County.
The Signature
Starting at $2,800
Expanded planning support for gatherings that require deeper structure and guidance.
The Signature is designed for clients who want more hands-on collaboration throughout the planning process — from layout and guest experience to vendor alignment and rehearsal management.
This plan offers greater involvement, allowing for thoughtful preparation and a more refined event flow.
Includes everything in The Foundation, plus:
• Up to three planning meetings
• Venue walkthrough
• Vendor recommendations and coordination support
• Layout and guest flow planning
• Rehearsal coordination (if applicable)
• Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination
• Post-event wrap-up support
