Lucera works with private hosts across Whatcom County to bring calm, structure, and genuine care to every gathering. I handle the coordination, the vendor communication, the timeline, and the on-site oversight — so that on the day itself, you’re not the one fielding calls from the caterer. You’re the one celebrating.

You’ve done the hard work of planning. On the day itself, hand it to me. I’ll manage every vendor, every timeline hiccup, and every behind-the-scenes detail — so you walk in as a guest at your own event.
- 90-minute planning session to review your vision and timeline

Full Planning
Investment begins at $2,800
For hosts who don’t want to carry the planning process alone — and shouldn’t have to.
